Have you ever heard of Shorinji Kempo? It is not a "Chinese martial art," but actually a martial art that originated in Japan and is used in daily life as a self-defense technique to protect oneself without defeating the opponent.
Also, the demonstrations performed in Shorinji Kempo are very cool and you will surely admire them.
Even beginners can do it! In fact, many of our members started as beginners, and since it can be done without strength, women can easily start as well, and in fact, there are many female members in our club.
You will meet kind-hearted and reliable seniors and friends, and together with them, you will practice daily and aim to win prizes at competitions.
